 I was wondering if there was any way I can marry Anora, kill Loghain, and have Alistair live AND be a companion. Because Alistair is just that great.

So long as you have Alistair kill Loghain at the Landsmeet, you can marry Anora and keep Alistair as a companion.

Anora will not marry you if you kill her father, and Alistair will leave if Loghain is spared.

I will add that Alistair CANNOT be hardened for this to happen. Alistair has to be the one to kill Loghain as Anora will not marry the man who kills her father, but if Alistair is hardened he will automatically take the throne.

For sure, but only if your Warden is a Human Noble male.

-Don't harden Alistair on his personal quest.
-Arrange the marriage w/ Anora prior to the Landsmeet.(You'll need a couple of points in Coercion, IIRC.)
-Let Alistair kill Loghain. (Anora won't marry anyone who kills her father.)
-When Arl Eamon asks the Warden to settle who should rule, choose the "I shall rule at Queen Anora's side, as her husband" option.
-Viola! Loghain dead, Alistair happy and still a Warden, Anora saddled with another husband she doesn't really want.
