I am reveiling my undercover project that has grown big enough for me to be quite certain that i will pull it off some day. It's soon in the stage where I need your guys feedback. But it is still missing some hugh pieces so be patient, its a beast under a tiny shell. It took me a full week to just write the code documentation, Reminds me that i shouldn't lack in the documenting factor just because it's the first code you write in a language, Yeah that right it's my first C# project, but i know C++ and C quite well so it wasn't that great leap to take.
Here is the project link: http://social.biowar...m/project/4876/
Right now I will focus on getting the community the information you need. After that all i am building it for you guys, and there is no point in spending alot of time on making the tool work in a way i think is best if it means that you guys won't grasp it.
So i need to announce this a bit prematurlly so i can still change the focus on some of the largest pieces before the get to much cut in stone and a refactory would be like starting from scratch.
so any people that like to talk features, ideas, or simply low to go deep in tech talk in welcome todo so. You can simply request to join the development group. Please note that just because you join this group it doesn't mean that you work on the project. only that you support it and want to share your thoughts.
No point in having a community project if the community can't have a saying in how it's developed. The project will become open source eventually.

I have loosen the security settings on the project now, so anyone can post discussions. I also made some improvement to the VGE like full nested docking capability. i had fixed position until recently, it' has the capability that you would expect from modern development tools.
oh by the way if there is anyone out there that enjoy making Icons. I could use your help it would cut weeks of my project and probably make it look better as a result.

I might be able to help out on this. I made icons for the NWN CEP back in the day, so it's been a while, and I'm strictly an amatuer. But I do have Corel Draw/Paint and Photoshop that I can generate stuff with.
Let me know when you get to that point.

nope it has been way to calm. it certainly made me felt that i didn't have much of a hurry to get it off the ground.
if you want to translate you need a program that can open the .NET resources (*.resx) either you can use Visual Studio Express or some none developer tool; perhaps this one: http://resxtranslator.codeplex.com/
and i will send you the english version. It's not that much text yet, most of it comes when it's time to add the tutorials and help sections.
Style on the icons, well something that make sense in all cultures. i haven't made more then a few and it's probably easier if you do them all so they are same style. the text next to it tell more then the picture.
you probably want to work with vector graphics, but in the end it's the result that matter not the workflow. I will PM you details.
