This seems like the best place to post this.

personally, I think that (one of) the best conversations available in ME2 occurrs at the end of the Horizon mission, when you speak to Kaiden/Ashley. Why do I think this? Because it's VERY easy to screw stuff up with the Virmire survivor. Act too nice in the greeting and you're on the defencive before Cerberus even comes up. Mention Cerberus, well...

That's not what I think is best about the conversation though. Most interactions in the game are fairly simple, stick to the paragon option and you usually get what you want really quickly. Horizon has no such premice. Staying full paragon or full renegade will get you in some serious hot water fast. You really have to be careful about how you answer questions to avoid having the reunion blow up in your face (eg. a minefield).

My point in all this, while there's nothing horribly wrong with the current system (with one small exception I will mention shortly), I would love to see more of these talks in ME3. It's more difficult, but it makes logical sense for different races- Krogan- to react to different pressures better.

On a final note most full paragon/ renagade conversation options- aside from the red and blue charm and intimidate options- add 4 to their respective meters. I think the middle choice should just split the full score 50/50 rather than not adding anything at all to the morality meter. Any thoughts on anything I've covered here is welcome.
