As Im aware, typically you can only play the unpatched version of the game if you, A; Do not have Internet Access. Or B; Play on another console without the Update installed while Offiline. As typical with Bioware titles, this also has you playing without DLC(or maybe thats just an issue of my own console and their titles) while Offline.

Are there any other secure methods that will not bug my game if I begin a new save?
