Well, that's still not the same thing as "intact" being canon, is it?  The fact that they can, have (and almost certainly will continue) to write around it as they feel the plot requires doesn't matter.

Euhm that logo is not from Cerberus but from Cord-Hislop Aerospace, which is basically another corporation from TIM that funds all the Cerberus missions. Cord-Hislop is actually used by Cerberus as a front to fund their activities.

You could say that Cord-Hislop is the public face of Cerberus, without (many) people knowing that Cord-Hislop is actually a part of Cerberus, if you get what I mean.
