I would love to get her back, since she was my favorite companion in ME2

Everyone is back, no idea in what capacity though (Kasumi)

Yes even DLC ones.  No one knows what role she will have though, except Bioware.

We don't know. We don't even know if the so-called 'permanent squadmates' are permanent. Until they release new information, we're all fumbling in the dark.

I've heard from "sources" that she will return.

Again, prob temporary squadmate at the most, but she'll be in there... assuming you kept her alive.
