I'm using Kasumi and Garrus until after Horizon. Then it's Kasumi and Tali for the most part.

In ME1 I mainly use Kaidan, Garrus and Wrex.

ME2 I take Garrus all the time regardless of difficulty and class, and then whoever else I feel like taking. (Usually Zaeed/Kasumi/Thane/Grunt/Mordin)

I mix it up. But because I have the outfit pack 2 atm... I use Garrus and Wrex. Now we all have blue armor and blue visors!

Yep, but I mainly roll with Garrus and Kasumi, Garrus and Thane or Garrus and somebody in ME2, as for ME1, it was usually Garrus and Liara, Garrus and Ash or Garrus and Wrex. I have my main Shep drag him every where with her, but I'm sure he doesn't mind the view when fallowing her. She needs somebody she loves and trusts with her life by her side 100% of the time, and he's the turian! As for my other Sheps, they take him everywhere because they want a friend by their side as they go through hell, plus, I love Garrus....but yeah, all of my Sheps has used every squadmate atleast once.

On Insanity, I tend to take appropriate members.

On every other difficulty? Yeah, I use everyone else. Though I do have a few favourites. Jacob and Grunt on the Derelict Reaper make an awesome team, and Jacob gets some pretty sobering dialogue.

I used various combinations of squadmates on my latest playthrough. Zaeed kind of collected some dust until the last mission, which made me wish I used him more often. I took him and Thane on most of the Suicide Mission. Thane's warp+Zaeed's inferno grenade worked wonders on Harbinger. (I was a Vanguard so I didn't have much to use against him.)

no in ME 1 I only used Liara and Garrus once I got them and no one else.
In ME 2 I only used Garrus, Tali, Mordin and Tali once I got them and no one else.

It depends.

In my first two games, I often switched to get an impression of the team members and how they play.

When I play on Insanity, I select team members who complement my Shepard best and who are best against the enemies I'll be facing.

In all my newer non-Insanity games, I just take Miranda and Jacob everywhere. Jacob has Squad Incendiary Ammo and together they can set up Warp explosions. They're an excellent standard team even for Insanity if you're playing an Infiltrator or Engineer.

I prefer Miranda and Thane. Just get rid of that useless point into Shredder Ammo with Lair of the Shadow Broker's squad redo.

Or Miranda and Zaeed. But no warp dets there.

Since I play on high difficulty levels, I pick the squadmates that are better against the enemies on that mission.
But still my least used squad members are Mordin and Jacob.

Yes, I always try to switch them around so they all get as much action as the others (unless there is someone I really, really dont like, but that dont happen often).

In ME1 thanks to squadmate achivements I usually pick whoever best compliments Shepard and keep them for the whole game (or until I get their achivements)

In ME2 I just use whoever for the most part, trying to use a different mix every mission. Except Legion. Once I get him (which is always near the end because I always keep everyone alive) I always use him for the remaining missions.

Were I to do a 'least used' list it would be the shotgunners who come up empty. Grunt, Tali, Jacob...sorry there are better characters who do your jobs. (Zaeed or Garrus for Grunt, Kasumi or Miranda for Tali, and Thane for Jacob).

On insanity: Kaidan + Liara, Miranda + Kasumi.

But otherwise, I love trying out different squaddies. Particularly the ones I don't like much at first - I've done a complete 180 on some squadmates after talking to them more and taking them with me for missions.

Garrus and Legion are an awesome team. Alot of the time ive found i can just sit back and let them do their thiing with ease escpecially with legions widow.
