I've read that landing on planets and getting back is supposed to count as doing a mission, thus advancing existing conversations if you have any left after the SM.

And yet this isn't happening. For example, I can't get Legion's dyson sphere option occur no matter what. Anyone else encountered this issue and/or knows how to fix it (besides saving optional assignments to do after the SM)?
