I feel like an idiot posting this but I have honoestly looked all over the damn box and through the rule book and I still see no sign of a registration code for this site.
Could anyone describe to me where theres was located?

on the back of the box. its the barcode number, from the 0 to the last 0 or whatever the numbers are. There should be 12 numbers total

Hi, i have tried register my game whit the barcode witch is on the back but i didn't get any code or key i can use to download expansions for dragon age:( please heeeeeeelp...thx:)

Hm...your problem has nothing to do with registration (I am feeling picky now, sorry). Registering does not entitle you access to a lot of dlc (in some games you do get things for registering I think but not DAO).
Idiotic question: did you buy the game new?
If you did you should have had a code inside the case; and depending which edition you bought (and it looks like the standard Dragon Age rather than the Ultimate Edition) you will only have access to the Blood Dragon armour and the Stone Prisoner. (Though I'm not sure whether the expiry date is still in force as no-one has seemed to mention it of late.)
If you did buy the game new and there was no code to redeem the above mentioned dlcs then you will have to contact EA to explain what happened.
