...resolving Loyal Squadmates arguments (Tali vs Legion and Miranda vs Jack) and make Zaeed Loyal after saving the workers?

There is no fixed amount. It depends on exactly when during the game you try to do them.

This is an often asked question and Bogsnot, while somewhat general in his reply, is correct. Having an almost full to full Paragon bar is helpful in resolving the Tali/Legion and Miranda /Jack disputes amicably. However, this is not to say you will automatically be able to do so. I have always been lucky to keep Tali and Legion loyal but have a few times been forced to side with Jack (or Miranda) which of course pisses off the other. I found that completing Jacks loyalty mission earlier and leaving Miranda's as long as you can befoe the suicide mission helps you keep Miranda's loyalty.

Alternatively, if you do both loyalty missions early enough and choose Jack over Miranda in their fight, keep going to talk to Miranda. Eventually, she loosens up and forgives you and thus is loyal again.

For Jack and Miranda, you only need about 50% if you do them directly after Horizon.

So first Miranda and then Jack's and as long as you got 50% paragon or renegade by time come to the fight, you'll be able to sort it out.

I don't know if this is a glitch or what, because I haven't run into it before. I've done all the loyalty missions (sans Jack's) and the Project Overlord dlc. My paragon is about 95% full, and I still can't solve the Jack/Miranda fight peacefully. It's really driving me up the wall.  (This is on the PS3 version.)
