I've had this problem for a while and it seems to come and go on its own, but recently it's become so bad that all scene and conversation dialogue (with the exception of Kasumi and Zaeed, interestingly) is barely audible and accompanied by an irritating echo. Battle and background dialogue is fine. Adjusting the in-game sound doesn't make a difference and switching my Xbox sound settings from surround to stereo and back again doesn't change anything, either. The only fixes I've found for this problem seem to be for the PC version.

Has anyone figured out a way to fix this, or what the cause could possibly be? I've been skipping scenes as an alternative to squinting at the subtitles from the other end of the room and it's taken a lot out of the gameplay for me.
