Did anyone else notice that Dave Silverman, at the end, was holding a model of the new Falcon assault rifle... only it was in N7 colours? I don't know why that intrigues me, but it does... hehe

One interesting thing I noticed:

Mordin says at some point "Hopefully Urdnot Wrex is still waiting"

then later, its WREAV who says "Watch out Shepard, you've got incoming" when the atlas mech comes.

I wonder if Wreav will be in the game regardless, or if it was just a little mistake by Bioware. Or maybe they don't have Wrex's VO yet.

No, that's Wrex.  They're using placeholder VA's for that demo.  Mordin for instance is being voiced by Mark Meer.

Because they basically had to have Meer in there to do Shep's voice, they just used him for the other ones, too.  It has nothing to do with who's going to be voicing Mordin in the actual finished game.

Yes: that's not Beattie in the demo.  It's just a quick temp job done so they could have something presentable at E3.
Something similar happened with Thane: he had a totally different VA at E3 2009. Or Liara and Ashley back in 2006.  If you've been following the twitter stuff, you might have noticed that they're still in the midst of recording all sorts of characters, so I wouldn't read anything into Beattie not doing the demo work.

I don't think they will be done with VOs till Gamescom/PAX. We may hear more at these two events, in a month.

So overall, we know nothing new about the game. I wasn't impressed by the questions people where asking though.

'How are you implementing Romance?'
'Will we see Tali's face?'

Wtf's with you people?! I don't understand why some people are more concerned about characters and romances than they are about the gameplay.

Good gameplay is what is fundamentaly required to make a good game, instead they asked about (sigh) romance, and (facepalm) Tali.
