I finished all mail missions except the one that asks to transfer money to that guy with the goods on ilos and did all the DLC's, but have no idea where to go to find Ilos. Any feedback would be appreciated.

See, I come from a Nigerian royal family, I won't bore you with the details but right now my inheritence (roughly 450 million USD) is all tied up and I can't transfer it to a local bank without a 5,000 USD deposit (which I don't have because all my money is in that other bank). If you would be so kind as to send me your credit card information and bank account transfer info I'll let you keep 10%.
