I know that LoTSB is "intended" to take place after the main story is completed, but are the other missions (Kasumi, overlord, arrival) also intended to take place after the suicide mission/would make more sense if played after?
Question about ME2 DLC time-period...

Arrival, it is the bridge from 2 to 3 they said. Kasumi, Overlord, and Zaeed I always play before the SM.

LotSB and Arrival as been said is definitely mean for after the SM. I didn't play Overlord until after the SM, but kinda seems more sensible to be before... (maybe unless you did renegade SM choice). And may seem odd depending what choice you did for Legions Loyalty... Kasumi and Zaeed being characters are 100% before SM.

Kasumi and Zaeed are done as close to Horizon as I can manage. Overlord I do sometime in the midst of the Loyalty missions.
LotSB is done along with all the other Illium missions but I don't invite Liara up to the Normandy till after the SM. Faron tells you she has been laboring over the SB databases for days which makes no sense if you JUST defeated the broker.
I'll be honest I'm waiting to purchase Arrival until a little closer to ME3's release date --- kind of a story flow thing for me.
