The people on this thread seem to be argueing over whether or not a certain character is gay, however, surely that's missing the point. The title of this thread is Potentially Bisexual Characters, the point of this thread is to discuss whether or not a character could be bisexual. As far as I can see, there is nothing that proves kaiden to be bisexual or straight, so shouldn't we be argueing the possibility of him being bisexual, rather than argueing the fact that he is absolutly one sexuality or the other, and anyone who thinks otherwise is just wrong.

That kind of leaves nothing to argue/debate about, honestly. "Potentially bisexual" characters are pretty much EVERYONE that can be romanced in the series thus far.

How could someone develop Bi feeling from being saved? I got saved from being over runned by a car by my best friend (who is a male) and I didn't suddenly grow feeling for him.

If a character is Bi in ME3 then it's because they were already not because Shep suddenly changed them.

It's easy to come up with excuses for characters to be bisexual when your actively looking for them to be so. That's pretty much the only reason these demands for pre-existing characters to be bisexual don't die off like most foolish ideas.

This. It seems sometimes seems like pro s/s supports think everyone is a bi waiting to come out of their shell. Even in the media it seems they want to do that. I know one collage got into trouble trying to force students to participate in s/s situations for grades make them more exposed to the lifestyle.

Events in ones life can never change sexual orientation. Your logic is backwards OP. By your logic if anyone ever did something significantly nice for another person they would be interested sexually in them. Are all friends interested in each other? NOOO. There is only one character from the Mass Effect Universe that I was really disappointed was not 'Bi-Sexual'. And that would be Subject Zero: Jack in Mass Effect 2.<_<

My FemShep and Jack kinda have some things in common.Both have seen the rougher side of life.Both have run with gangs in the past.Both are survivors... When I finally got around to playing as my FemShep from ME 1 in ME 2, Jack was the number one person that I could hardly wait to meet.

BioWare really let me down with that one.But Morinth is a consolation prize of sorts.Because for some reason Krystal Shepard and her have some kind of strange bond and kinship.I don't fully understand it myself.But we'll see what happens in Mass Effect 3.
