What and where should be added/change to add a new spell (for example one of added by Kaedrin) for NPC AI?

You don't have to use that really.
Input and Output are folders where you can put upt, upd and other custom content. You can get the upt and upd files by using neverworkers diff tools. Basically they can dynamically merge 2da and dialog.tlk content, along with almost any other resources for the game ( which end up in 2 folders depending on if it goes in a hak, or if it can be put just on the server by itself ). Anything in the input folder will be listed in the beginning interface and you can check boxes if you want it used or not.

I built this for personal use really, it's how i manage content for my PW. But it requires the contents of the Input folder to be set up in a certain way.
