When the mouse is on the screen I notice that the game lags, but if the mouse is on the abilities bar or if I`m running by holding down the 2 mouse buttons the game runs fine. Is there any fix for this or do I just have to not have the mouse on the screen?

Uncheck the "Use enhanced targeting" setting in the game options (you need the 1.03 update for the setting to appear).
Is any other avenue being investigated so that we can have our cake and eat it too, BioMods? The game runs flawlessly with max settings, but your "enhanced" targeting makes it twitch and sputter? Really, Shelly?
