Since the cunning skill unlocks unique chat options I was wondering if anyone knows what the cunning cap you need for these chat options is?

20+ and you need around 70+ish to not really need coercision.
Remeber Coercion just adds to your Cun score for chat options only.

You need 30 max cunning for the chat options, and this does include boosts from equipment. Your base cunning could be lower. In particular, having High Regard of House Dace (+6 cunning) is really nice.
You don't miss out on anything major. If I was playing as a warrior or mage, I wouldn't worry about having more than 16 cunning. If you happen to reach 30 cunning through equipment boosts, then all the better. With 30 cunning, your warden just appears to be more observant, more knowledgable, and you get a certain funny dialogue option with Alistair, when he is talking about being raised by dogs.
If you really want these dialogue options, I'd just play as a rogue, since you'll want high cunning anyway.
