In the opening cutscene of Mass Effect 2, Navigator Pressly states, "My money is on slavers; the Terminus System is crawling with them." It seems that Pressly's voice actor misrecorded his only line of the game (and I assume he couldn't do ME2 so that's why he was killed off), as he must have thought the Normandy was in a system named Terminus. Completely kills immersion (not really).

Fail troll is fail, for failing to lay the blame correctly.
VA read his line exactly as it was scripted, as the subtitles correspond with his words. Its a failure of the script writer and proof readers
