Cerberus found Grayson on Omega, and sends Kai Leng and yours Squad to take the man, but
the men of Tim can put out Grayson and Kill Liselle in a bed while she was unconscious.

or Shepard help Aria to defited a new alien creature in the Invasion of Omega.

God no.

If any former NPC should be on Shepard's squad, it should be Anderson. However, since he is confirmed to only be a temporary companion, I don't think any other character is "iconic" enough to permanently join Shepard in his fight against the reapers.

I wouldn't mind seeing Aria again in ME3, and I am not completely against her being a temp companion for a brief mission, but I definitely disagree with the proposal to make the events of Invasion a mandatory mission in ME3; especially if players are expected to play as Aria before they control Shepard.

ok Skorpius, this is your idea, but i suppose a Invasion mission in the begining in Mass Effect 3 because is a important event, and i suppose with play Aria because in Mass Effect 2 Joker is temporally controlalbe  by the player on the attac of Collector.
Or for Invasion mission its possible play Shepard, and Aria is a temporally member of team to
defeated the creatures.

Aria she is very powerful,  does not need a surrounded with for five mercenery
