I think that Aria is an interesting character, very complex, dark and enigmatic, how I like.

They won't be making that Aria > Liara for sure, nor should they. Clearly Liara will be a LI in ME3, but doesn't mean has to be one asari LI. So I can still see Aria being one, depending how large her role will be in ME3.

Doesn't her role on Omega lie in the hands of Shepard, though? I saved Patriarch, didn't give her the file found on Archangel's recruitment mission and gave both those data pad things to ISH. I don't think she'll be "Omega" anymore in my ME3 or at least i hope she won't.

I give the data-pad of ISH to the Batarian inside the After Life, because Aria its a good
ally for defeated the Reeper and Cerberus.

She's still in control of Omega in retribution and invasion which are set after ME2, so no those have no impact.

True, but at the end of the 3rd ME novel, Aria believes that Paul Grayson is responsable for her daughter's death and not Cerberus. The new comic series mentions that Cerberus is setting up on Omega with Aria's approval. No doubt Shepard could convince her of Cerberus' true actions, assuming Cerberus doesn't make the first move.
