Nothing we can do for you here, you will have to talk to EA support.

I didn't get a Cerberus Network code with my shiny new digital download from EADM (now known as Origin), and I didn't need it to log into the Cerberus Network. Is it even required anymore? I just logged in with my email address that I used to access Origin, and after I set my password to something simple for Origin (no special characters and only 7 letters long) I logged in just fine. Origin lets you make really, really complex/lengthy passwords, but ME2's ingame Cerberus Network login only likes about 8 characters, and only letters and numbers. I couldn't use special characters like ^ & * % $, and so on.CasinomanHUN wrote...

Baramon: The Cerberus Network code is a promo code that grants access to the Cerberus Network DLC pack. Yes, its another one of those "same name for multiple things" screwups they did in order to confuse the hell out of everyone. CN DLC pack includes Firewalker, Zaeed, Normandy SR1 crash site, and more. If you didnt get a code with your new game, and dont have access to the DLC (on these forums, check under profile -> registered game content), then contact EA support and get your code.
If you got your ME2 as part of the DA2 promotion, Im not sure if that version came with a CN code, but wouldnt hurt to ask.

I don't think there is anything else I could get...I've got the Normandy Crash Site, Zaeed, Cerberus Armor Pack, Firewalker, Cerberus Arc Projector & Blood Dragon Armor.... Am I missing anything?

Hmm, I wonder since it is EA, if they just unlock it directly since it is all the same company, versus making you enter a code to unlock the content when you buy from other retailers. That is all the Cerberus pack dlc Baramon(except for Eviscerator shotgun), so no you are not missing any free stuff.

All those except for BD armour, are part of the CN pack. Blood Dragon armour you got when you purchased DA:O.
There are other DLC which arent part of the CN pack however. If you dont have any of those, I would suggest Lair of the Shadow Broker, Overlord and Kasumi. Firepower pack is also good for some extra weapons.

Thanks for the suggestions. There are still several DLCs I don't have, and I'm wondering (in your opinion) as related to Lair..., Overlord & Kasumi: when should I play them? Now, during my first playthrough, or later, as an add-on? You were spot-on with your suggestions last time as to when I should get the DLCs for ME1. Thanks, Bogsnot1.
Also: What about Genesis, Arrival, Equalizer, and Aegis? Are they okay, or not as good as the others?

The Whens:
Kasumi: New Squadmate, Locust SMG (better than most assault rifles), and Tech Damage available on her loyalty mission. She can also be the tech expert on suicide mission. Available on the Citadel immediately at start of game, so get her and do her LM any time you want before the SM.
Overlord: Before or after SM, doesnt really matter. Just play it late at night, with the sound up high.
Lair: Before or after. It has some dialogue which cnages dependong on when you do it, so try it both on a coupleof playthroughs. If you romanced Liara in ME1, you can rekindle the romance in Lair. Also, you can get a few more upgrades for various weapons etc fro the Laironce its comlpete. Just remember to ask Liara about Thane and Samara before you go running off to do the Lair quest, otherwise you will get a bug where you cant recruit those 2.
The Others;
Genesis : Low quality comic which allows you to change 6 decisions in your import from ME1. Not worth the points as we have Gibbeds save game editor availble to us, which allows for a greater set of changes. You're better off spending the 320 points and getting the 2 alt appearance packs.
Arrival: Not up to scratch in terms of quality as Kasumi, Lair or Overlord, but its designed to bridge the gap between ME2 and ME3. Only just worth the money.
Equaliser: Armour with non removable helmet, and 2 helmets to use. I only used 1 of the helmets, and thats just on Insanity runs where every little bit helps.
Aegis Pack: Definately worth it. Burst-fire sniper rifle thats so-so for Shep, but deadly in the hands of any of your sniper rifle using squaddies. The armour is designed for those who like it up close and personal, so Vanguards and Assault Sentinels will really benefit from the armour.
Firepower: Pistol (powerful, but a bit meh), Geth shotgun which is great for squaddies, and a semi auto AR thats downright lethal. Worth it.
