Under "Profile"/"Registered game content" it says I have BDA for Dragon Age Origins and Dragon Age II, but not for Mass Effect 2. I've exchanged emails with EA for the past week and a half regarding the issue of BDA not showing up in Sheperds quarters, downloadable content, or new content avaliable menus, but all I've gotten are things from disc may be damaged (clean as a whistle and brand new) to corrupt save game file (for sh*ts and giggles I started a new ME2 character and still nothing).
My gamertag and email are linked, I've registered the game through Biowares website and BDA STILL does not show up in game or under registered content. I've cleared system cache on the harddrive and have even deleted and re-downloaded the BDA under download history in Xbox Live.
I'm going out of my mind trying to figure out what is wrong and would appreciate it if anyone has the answers. About the only helpful thing EA has done during all of this was give me BDA free when I bought a used copy of Dragon Age Origins.

Yes he right turn on game. Then let Cerberus network come on. Then it should say new content available. Scroll down the list of available dlc till you get to blood dragon armor and if there isn't a check mark next to it you haven't downloaded it. Click it and it will take you to the xbox live download for it good luck.

I've already done that and it isn't even listed.
From my post above:
"not showing up in Sheperds quarters, downloadable content, or new content avaliable menus"
