Heh, though it may be mean to the PS3 guys who I'm glad joined the party btw! As a loyal sailor hat wearing (Bioware's own description of it) owner of ME1 and 2 on the PC, I would love an achievement for my Sheps going the distance in ME3 and getting a silly blinky light for it...whaaat? Me likee the shiny! :

Buuuuuuut...

How bout these?

Mechanical Mutiny (kill x number of enemy mechs with hacked mechs)

Disengenious Accusations (Kill x number of enemies with melee within seconds of them shouting something about you e.g "enemies everywhere!")

The Priiiiize (romancing Jacob in ME3)

Heavy Risk (cheating on Jacob with a different LI in ME3)

Dancing With The Stars (Shake your stuff on every in-game dancefloor)

The Cavalry (Use Charge to kill an enemy that has caused x amount of damage to your team)

The Horror, The Horror (As an Akuze survivor, kill every Thresher Maw)



Still trying to think of a good one to go with this one though

Just have a weapon in game (let's call it The Friendly Handshake as an example) that shoots a slug similiar to the one that one guy talks about.

They are. Not sure why you're confused on this if you have the PC version. There's also achievements in the DA series.

There is no confusion.  We are talking about different things. 
I'm referring achievements in the traditional XBL sense, as in you fulfil a requirement, you unlock the achievement, you get a gamerscore reward that adds to a cumulative total.

This doesn't happen in ME2 on PC because it isn't a GFWL game, and you don't sign in to a gamertag.

I didn't know people really use the term "cheevos" without being ironic. "Cheevos" sound like a tasty snack.

They probably won't have any achievements for carry over other than "Long Service Medal" and even that is attainable without playing the past games but if they did I wouldn't mind seeing one for sticking with the same love interest through the entire series.

DA2 did not include an achievement for beating the game on nightmare and I was incredibly disappointed!

Beat the game on hardest-difficulty is one of my favorite achievement types to earn. Please include this!

I'm also a fan of achievements that can only be obtained on the hardest difficulty. Like 10 headshots in a row on the hardest difficulty.
