Solitude is a privellege-10GS:using the same proflie and same shepard through out the trilogy go without having a romace
Universal Hopeless Romantic-10GS:using the same profile and same shepard though out the trilogy stay loyal to the first LI your shepard had
A Lovers scorned-10GS:not only get your LI killed,but Cheat on them through out the trilogy using the same shepard

I'd probably let the galaxy burn in that case. Shepard is an Alliance soldier, sworn to protect humanity at almost any cost.

Also I saw some PS3 hate in the beginning of this thread and Id like to say its not the PS3's fault it doesnt have ME1 and ME2. The fault lays between EA and Microsoft.
