I'm having several problems concerning my online profile.

1: There are three of them, presumably representing the three different installs of DAO I've done. Sure would be a heck of alot easier to just go with the latest one.

2: My online profile hasn't been updated with screenshots or characters in a loooong time. I've opened ports mentioned in the FAQ and tried turning the firewall off completely, but I just can't get any results. I run Win7 64bit and Norton AntiVirus.

Would appreciate some help!
