Hi, I'm unable to buy any Bioware Points. I tried to pay through credit card but it just said "We're sorry, unable to complete transaction. Please try another credit card". So I did, in fact i tried 3 different cards but the same meassage came up every time. I checked that if i intentionally gave the wrong code it did notice that it wasn't correct and said to check the code again. Frustrating.
I think the problem might be that I'm swedish and have swedish cards (well, my parents have) and just recently an additionall password have been introduced to creditcards. This password is personal and isn't found on the card itself. This password is not asked for when I try to purchase any Bioware Points.
What to do?
Can't buy Bioware points, "can't complete transaction"

Have you tried to purchase one of the BioWare points packages through the Origin Store?
Currently there are two packages available:
800 BioWare points for $10 USD
1600 BioWare Points for $20 USD
You can reach the store through the Origin application or via the website http://store.origin.com.
Please note: You must login at the end of your purchase with the same email address as your BioWare account to ensure the points are accrued accurately.

Wow I am so glad I'm not the only one with this issue. Maybe it has to do with location. I'm in Afghanistan and got the exact same error message, but had the hubby log into my account back in the US and it worked just fine. Kind of a pain to do it that way but it finally worked!

And I live in USA and have the same problem. Neither Paypal or different credit cards work all of a sudden. Never had this problem before.

Price for 800 points in Origin is 9.99 EUR. What the HELL? Shouldn't it be 7.89 EUR or so?

same problem and I cant even buy points from origin bacause when Im about to make my purchase I cant chose my country in the obligation bar.

I'm from Sweden and have the exakt problem.I tried to buy from origin and managed to choose sweden by using the scroller.But it didn't help,cause the purchase didn't get approved.Weird....

Ok I managed to buy points from the Oringin download manager it cost a bit more thu

Try to download the origin shop and buy points from there it worked for.
