I would just like to point out that Casey Hudson said that Ashley is a fighter and Vega is more of a survivor. It seems to me that the sniper is a good example of a survivor. I know he isn't Vega but some things just seem to point to him being in the game. Also, I'm American and love my country but I also hate most of our accents. English accents seem to be more melodic and easy on the ear. Every country has accents that are more difficult to understand than others. The more generic accents meet in the middle and are easier to understand by all.
Any news on the British Sniper?

not necassarily british, but any accent apart from american. the only characters i can thing of who arn't american are the quarian admiral, Zaeed, and Tali (not sure what her accent is but its not american)

I think the E3 demo with Shepard and Anderson took place in Vancouver.
I think it's going to be a unamed city, so it's up to the playes imagination where it is. Kind of like Earth born Shepards hometown.
Anyway I think he is in the game somewhere, he's featured in two trailers, and he's really well voiced to just be disposed of. He probably isn't a squadmate, but he's got to play some part.

It is kind of ridiculous since this guy in the trailer was most likely just supposed to be your average human soldier and not anyone in particular in the actual game but some fans look way too much into some things.
