Title says it all. I just bought DLC thru the EA store and I cannot log into the CN to access it in game. I never got an email or anything when I bought the game(s). What should I do?

Read the Tech FAQ, section 2 deals with DLC, where to find it, and how to install it.

I already did. It doesn't cover getting your cerberus code. The DLC is actually working but I'd still like to be able to log into CN.

I just put my email address in the game's email input field, then click on the password field and input my password. That's all that's required to access the Cerberus Network in my game. (When I got error messages saying my password "wasn't authorized" I just went to Origin's account settings page and made a simpler, shorter password with no special characters in it, and it worked fine.)

Where exactly are you encountering the problem?  What steps have you taken so far?  It's impossible for us to know what you've tried and where you are without more details.

The Cerberus Network DLC, is access from these forums, under profile -> Registered game content. Download and install the listed DLC, and it will be available once you are in the game.
You log into the CN in game, with the same username and password you use on these forums to verify the DLC with your account.

...And you have to log into the Cerberus Network in the game at least one time, right? To get it to show up properly. After that, I don't have to log in again, everything shows up fine.

My "user entitled DLC" shows up like this:

Blood Dragon Armor .....  Download
Zaeed - The Price of Revenge (Cerberus Network) .... Download
Cerberus Weapon and Armor (Cerberus Network) .... Download
Normandy Crash Site (Cerberus Network) .... Download
Cerberus Arc Projector (Cerberus Network) .... Download

Everything but the Blood Dragon Armor has "(Cerberus Network)" after it. Of course, it's a whole lot nicer and neater looking on my page, but you get the point.  Are other people's (say, if they got the Cerberus Network promotion earlier, maybe close to release) all lumped into one link/pack?  Maybe that's where some of (my) the confusion rests. Just curious.

Yeah, have to log in at least once to verify the content with your account.
Everyone has the same view as you do, where its individual DLC to be downloaded, but all has the CN label after it.

Tysabri, I checked your Registered entitlements and you should have the Cerberus Network active as you have some of the CN DLC on your entitlements. Are you getting an error when trying to login or you just can't login?

With that specific promotion, when you registered DA2 and got the code to get Mass Effect 2, it should have activated the Cerberus Network automatically when you registered your code on this site.

I did notice that you haven't registered Dragon Age 2 (by the missing icon below your avatar), so I would recommend that, just to ensure your DLC for DA2 works properly.

If you continue having issues, the Customer Experience team will be able to work out some options for you so please contact them by selecting Contact Us after logging in at http://support.ea.com.
Be prepared to verify game/account ownership with the agent you are in communication with, and they will work to get this resolved.

I ordered the PC version of the Game, and they sent It in a EA classics box, it said there was a cn code but there isnt, what should i do????

Once you register the game (I see that you have), then go to your profile and see if you can download each of the (Cerberus Network) items listed there. If so, then you should be good to go, after you install them, start the game up, and then log into the Cerberus Network inside the game (the little laptop thingie on the rightside of the screen's main menu). Once you do all that, the items should show up in your game where they're supposed to.  What fun, eh?

@Xilast: If no code was was provided, and the link Baramon gave does not show up any DLC to be downlaoded, then you will have to contact EA support and get them to help you out.
