Good to hear. I'm just a little confused by your "always did". Wasn't there a targeting issue with goad on consoles?

edit: sorry. I'm specificly talking about Goad and Armitice. Rally was fixed in the last patch and yes, it did not work to share the specified sustained abilities prior to this patch. Rally does work properly now.
Goad / Armitice:
Both were area targeted, but what confused people was that they did not immediatly interupt as they do now, or at the time like Taunt, where you see the interupt effect and notification in blue letters. The enemies in the area effect would finish their last action then change targets as per the effect of the ability.
In the current version they are sourced from the targeted companion rather than the area around them. The tactic set-ups are still the same, but the effect of having it sourced from the target allows the targeted ally to move and still have the effect trigger from their current position rather from where they were when the ability was triggered.
