when u first take in an companion, they come with certain preset talents, are their lvl upon recruiting also reported in the guide? knowing what level they are allow u to estimate how many more talent points u hvae left to develop them.
Well this is by no mean perfect, but I took the NPCs starting attributes did some deductions and some additions........I do love math.
Whats wierd is they have specializations way before 7th level in some cases.
And in several cases they seem to have more talents than they should have.
But the levels I came up with would seem to make sense considering where they appear in the story.
But I have just a small basic idea of the flow of the story so I can only guess and postulate about when you get who.
But it doesn,t say exactly what their starting levels are.

Q2: How many different endings does the game have?

Alistair-4th (has Templar spec. Must be due to his time in the chantry)
Sten-4th-9th (He is one that has way too many talents for what his attributes show his level at.
Could be due to his race, So he could be any where between 4th and 9th))
Morrigan-7th
Leliana-7th
Wynne-9th
Zevren-9th
Ohgren-13th
Shale- unknown (will scale to whatever level you get him at)

Or to be more specific, how, where and when do you get the "Nature of the Beast" quest line in the Brecilian Ruins?

Are the Prima web pages like those above taken directly from the game guide, or do they have different content?

Could somone tell me where and how soon you get the individual class specilizations. I know some of them like blood mage, and templar but Things like Reaver and Arcane Warrior I have no clue.
Reaver: Learned From: Kolgrim (Wyrmling Lair)
Arcane Warrior: Learned From: The Presence in Brecilian Ruins (“Nature of the Beast” quest line)

How do backstabs works? Do they apply a multiplier to your regular attacks or are they additive? Also, can backstabs crit? Finally, how easy is it to get backstabs? Do you just need to flank or must they be stunned?
I'm away from my book right now, but from what I remember, there is a spot on the circle underneath the enemy that is black about (25%) of the circle, and if you attack from that spot, you get the backstab benefit or bonus. It is added damage with a higher critical hit potential. I will check again when I get back home though.
BTW Walmart will have it tonight! Woot!!!!!
