With the exception of various European monarchies, I can't find an instance where that is a cultural norm. I'm sure some women have done it, but I think it is odd. I also think it is odd for guys to do it as well to thier sons.

I always found funny those two things: Shepard holding SMG like a normal handgun and performing mnemonics with her right hand only, wasting time to swap hand that's holding the weapon. Playing ME3 demo, that unfortunately still looked the same, and I understand that some things, like casting, must be done by right hand due to the camera, but still, I hope for some changes (I was also automatically swapping Mattock for Locust too, I just love this gun). x]
Guys, if BW won't change too much with Sentinel between the demo I played and the final game, this class will be highly entertaining.

@ryu that sounds awesome... My first Mass Effect 2 femshep( Gianna) was a sentinel so I'm glad to head they are still as bad ass as ever. Also...awesome textmod, you have there in the projects section!
