You must be new here.

Anyway, more Dickings:

Jesus, Kasumi, get creepier, why don't you?

http://desmond.image....png&res=medium

As tempting as it was, Dick did not push the Eclipse merc out the window.  But still, he threatened to.

The two best things about this image are that 1.) Dick is running around with two petite women that are kicking way more ass than he ever could and 2.) Jack doesn't give a single f*ck.

The degraded hologram effect and the flippant pose, melting into a pure black background, combine to form an image that more often than not, forces an awkward pause into my conversation with Mr. Illusive:

 So here is my Jerk!Shepard:

Don't be fooled by the sweet looks, she's a sadistic and misathropical bia---.

Image IPB
As Miranda duly noted.
Image IPB
Despite her angered reaction to Jacob/Miri on Lazarus station, Jerk!Shep decided Cerberus was a great fit for her and signed-on completely before speaking to the Illusive Man, adopting the Cerberus Assault Armor as her own,

After finding what she needed on Freedom's Progress (by shooting at an innocent quarian)...

Illusive Man gave her the ship she needed to begin the mission...

My canon Shepard, John, uses the default Sheploo appearance, but my two FemSheps do use custom faces (something about the default FemShep face really doesn't work for me, for some reason).

We'll start with Diana, a lovely Renagon and cynical smartass who's generally untrusting towards others except for those that have proven themselves and is in a relationship with Liara (and still is after LotSB):

And then, well.... then there's Ellen - my pure Renagade character who's part of a long term experiment which l like to call "What Would Happen If Shepard Was Actually A Terrible Person & A Horrible Leader Who Did Everything Wrong".

"Ain't that something"

Has anyone else noticed that each Mass Effect game, is sort of a love letter to one of the three different Commander Shepard Backgrounds? Think about it.ME1 pays tribute to the Spacer Background. The major threat in the game is from dark space. The final battle takes place on a massive space station. In ME2 the great threat is to extra-solar colonist. My Shepard felt right at home in 2185.  For he is a colonist and war hero.Receiving a very encouraging email (which also seemed a bit flirtatious) from Kate Bowman, was icing on the cake; of how awesome Mass Effect 2 is for those of a colonist background :-) Every planet that you go to in ME2 is a colony world, (save Tuchanka.) and I loved it!

My Shepard is going to feel out of sorts a bit though, in ME3 :-( He doesn't really relate all that well to homeworlders. He's only been to Earth, once with his parents and his sister, when he was 10 years old.And in ME3, its all about the threat to the homeworlds. 'Earthborn Shepard' takes the spotlight this time around. We will 'finally' get
to go to Earth, Thessia, Palavan and Sek-ar.But my Shep is sort of like, Meh... Image IPB (I'm not even sure if I'll be able to enjoy playing ME3, as much as ME2.)

He loves Earth though, and is somewhat fascinated by it.He recognizes its worth and value; and knows that if Earth is loss, it would be a drop in status to all those of earthian descent. A homeworld is where a species was brought into existence. It is a 'sacred place'. Kids can be cruel, and so can aliens.Look at how the Migrant fleet (who lost
their homeworld) is treated.

I wonder though, was BioWare  consciously aware of how strong the Background Theme is, when they were making these games.Either way, its pretty cool, if you think about it Image IPB

Something major Missing here that deserves consideration  :

reference ME1 - Liara describing Asari Mating rituals and production of offspring

Shepherd dead and gone for 2+ years

Distinct possibility Shepherd has a child via Liara out there somewhere

May or may not play role or be revealed in ME3

also possible though DISTINCLY UNLIKELY - ME1 - take Renegrade Responses with the Consort - you get a quick mental flash of her & shepherd doing the nasty - did she enable her asari mating thang and grab a kid off shpeherd ?

unlikely but remotely possible

Asari cannot be impregnated sexually. And they will only produce children if they wish to.

So in other words its possible. What a wonderful surprise.

I'd imagine I'd be pretty miffed if I found out later on that the countermeasures I deployed amounted to nothing anyway. Shepard needs a red dialogue "Deposit in the orphanage" option in that case.

Hahaha. I doubt the Consort has any desire for children, considering her profession (especially after that debacle with the turian general). There's also no evidence she did the "embrace the mind rape" bit. Shiala was transferring information, not taking and/or utilising, and like Shiala, not even Liara is creepy enough to try to have children with some human she just met a few hours/weeks earlier.
