Please, histrionics aside, I can understand wanting to feel represented and even elation at being heard--but this whole, “If you aren’t with us, you must be insecure or bashing us.” is why some people are rolling there eyes at this hubris some have shown at getting their way.
 
That being said, I don’t care that femshep is getting a trailer, a new face, a new hair style or anything else. I don’t care because in my opinion sheploo is the face of Mass Effect. To be honest, we/I have no problem to have Sheploo around and we/I understand he will always be the iconic image for the game. But when sometimes we/I see a few people start to whine about things then ASSCUE we are behind it, we won't stay in silence.

There's nothing wrong to love YOUR Shepard, he/she will be forver yours imo. But please do so with respect to others as well, a little joke may be fine but still there's a risk other will get the wrong idea, since we can only tell from the words you said here, right?
