As for her face I think the #5 is one of the most intense looking one. I wouldn't want to ****** her off.

The length of your hair is directly connected to military regulations - it's either short enough not to reach your eyes or long enough to be securely tied back. At last in my country. Some countries don't allow long hair at all.
I have nothing against model looking Sheps, I have one or two my self, but think about it - MaleShep looks 100% marine commander, and the long haired blond Shep with cute face looks like 100% military pin up picture. How "serious" she is going to look near him?
Yep she may be smart and capable but the image still stays, people will look at her and see "eye candy", and as a picture she has no opportunity to prove them wrong - promo images are taken at face value.
I'd rather see femShep that looks as much a "commander" and military as maleShep does, that would look equal to him, not as fanservice to male players who would rather run around looking at female backside.

I'm very well aware of that, but he does a very good job of looking military as well *shrug* nothing says you can't have a handsome face to go with the uniform.
I have nothing against femShep being attractive, I'm all for it in fact, but there are different ways to be attractive, and "girly girl" Shepard is not the only way to do it.

I actually voted for #3, despite that #5 would match my own preferred Shep rather closely. I've always felt that during this "facelift" that they should try to go for a more uniformity in appearance (like they did with maleHawke/femaleHawke). The coloration and general appearance were similar for the two Hawkes (and even though they were from the same family this did not have to be the case). I felt #3 best embodied that. (Although that's just my personal preference and all)
