It's Laire, mah second sheppy. (site, femshep.com hehe. Got some pics of her up there.)

I don't post her very often due to distinct lack of screenshots.
Her ME2 playthrough is like halfdone though, so plenty opportunity still.

New Chapter of Guns and Poems is up. I'm posting this in here since my story's a little unique. Both of my canon's are in it, though Kallen's the star, and My Male Shep is her youngerbrother in the Alliance. His war Hero background got changed from Elysium to Zakera Ward during the Battle of the Citadel where he fought off the geth alone with his biotics (he's an adept) and got the Star of Terra. So there's some love for Both Shepard's.

I've been keeping my eye out for Shepard info and some of this is old news, but may be worth repeating. Some of these responses, I have had to paraphrase as I don't recall the exact quote. 

Shepard re-design at the start of ME3(Will we get to edit imported shepards)

Yes, you will be able to tweak your imported #ME2 character in #ME3


How will the LI deal end(Marriage and that sort of thing)

In one of the Q&A from Gamescon, (I think it's the first Q&A) Mike Gamble was asked if "we could marry Tali?"  He initially said, yes, but then retracted "Oh, you mean in the game?"  His response was, you can do "other things w/ her."  However in a Tweet that I cannot find, someone asked for a Joker romance, marriage to LI and a Kroganmance.  The dev response was, "I think we have you covered except for the Kroganmance."  Unfortunately, I can't find that tweet. 

Will Shepard live through the ME3 ending(Happy ending or heroic sacrifice)

Shepard can lose to the Reapers in ME3, so yes, Shep can die.  However, even the most bare bones playthrough can have "some kind of ending and victory."

Update.  Apparently, the Reapers can win in the same manner that Shepard can ally w/ Cerberus.  Die and stop playing. 


The new femshep and what about the old femshep.

Looks like the new femShep will have red hair and green eyes, the same as original Jane, who will also be in the game.    God help us all if there is another round of voting. 

Male shepards new look(Why he looks older and worn out)

In the New Yorker article on Jennifer Hale, she asked Mac Walters (during a voice session) if Shepard was "tired of fighting."  Walters' response was "We tried a war weary Shepard with Mark, but we got some feedback that it sounded too whiney."   Just a guess on my part, but it could be they did want to give Shep at least a war weary look.  Then again, they could just be messing around and the look isn't finished yet. 

New cover mechanic and animations.

Squad Leader video gives us a taste of Shep's new run.  It has been said that Shep won't get fatigued as in ME2, but in the New Yorker article, Jen Hale was voicing the running "pant."  There will be more "specific animations" in ME3, though. 

Emotional story.

Again, the New Yorker article on Jen Hale has short descriptions of a couple of scenes that relate a lot of emotion. One of the lines is "No."  Sounds simple enough, however Hale was directed to deliver that line in a futile tone.  Also, Mac Walters has been very vocal in BW's effort to make Shepard a more rounded character.  Here's an article from Newsarama where Walters talks about his inspiration for the Shepard's personal motivations.  (at the very bottom of the page).

"So we're kind of being able to look into Shepard's soul."  (or not).  Walters maintained that if you just want to blow up stuff, you can. 

When I asked Mr. Walters "Will Shep's background come up in ME3? Sole Survivor especially seems to have some unfinished business w/ Cerberus."  His reply was "Shepard's backgrounds will still have a role to play in #me3."


And of course there is also the spoilerific Giant Bomb rundown on the Gamescon info.

Because of her past in a gang, she doesn't hesitate to eliminate threats today, and to pratice justice herself or allow others to do so, ignoring the protocol, politics or bureaucracy. Feel free to override the protocol if necessary. She does not hesitate to worry about her own interests.

Her new life, her experience in the army has changed her, but especially her experience AKUZE which will definitely make her become more mature, more cold, more motivated in defense of others, involved in altruism and the human cause. But without being naive, nor a paragon, always motivated by reason, efficiency.

Personality : calm, not at all shy,, pragmatic, direct, cold, ambiguous morality. Human patrio, anti-conformist. Able to break the rules even military if her personal comfort is undermined, for money, anything that can strengthen her, capable of accepting bribes, if it does not go against the common good or that of the humanity. She doesn't really believe in justice, if not that of the eye for an eye tooth for a tooth. Able to make dirty things whout her conscience is disturbed, (youth gangs) Sensitive to the plight of the poor and the victims of gangs.

Goals : To serve humanity, serving the alliance, to whom she owes everything and she considers her only family. She wants to pay what she considers a debt. she would also rise, prove that she is useful and that the birth doesn't determine what you become. Not very interested in the notion of justice, except when it's touch her

Likes : drinking, money, personal comfort, driving sports cars, humor (Joker for example), make sport of fighting to let off steam, train, pull, rotate the head of Kaidan that , to dredge Kaidan, love and sex, to kill the enemies of the Alliance and of humanity. Friendship, to establish a relationship of trust with others. She likes especially Garrus  her best friend, an individual action-oriented, like her. She Respects the strong persons and able to do the dirty work. Playing cards, lies within short in a friendly atmosphere. To help friends. Loves the status and authority of that gives to be a spectre .

dislikes : The rivalry about men, love stories going around in circles ( so Kaidan who are soooo shy, she blame him for that ), those who are challenging her authority, unsympathetic with Ashley Williams, her behavior a little too familiar in her eyes, even if she respects her, the stupid politics,  she despises  fraternization wich she doesn't care at all, several times broken, also she does not feel obliged to respect the arrogant people, dislikes to be taken for a fool. Do not like batarians, Piratess, hate gangs because of her past,. The Geth, which she considers dangerous.

Saving the base for me n my sheps is just NOT an option, and I play as renegon type of characters always...but their dislike/HATE for the illusive man and his schemes( particularily the fiasco with Horizon n the Collector Ship) makes any argument he makes for keeping the base null n void...not to mention Miranda( my usual LI, or for femsheps their BFF) is against the idea as well...she even says as much if you talk to her during the postgame....
