Shirley was my 2nd attempt of femshep, back in the me2 release date. Unfortunately I lost my me2 saves a few months ago and I have to start again. Well, not that unfortunate, I really love playing this game

Yeah, this.  Sheploo looks quite a bit older than a 30-year-old man but you don't see (too many) people complaining that he looks "too old".  Particularly since humans live so much longer in the ME universe that 50 is the new 30.

Indeed, Sheploo looks older, like 40 or 45 years old.

Sheploo does look 40, because Vanderloo is 43. Which isn't too surprising, given that most 'rugged, dashing masculine men' actors/models tend to be in their forties, rather than thirties. [IE; Matthew Fox, Daniel Craig, ect ect]

Women are difficult to age in art. Partially because we go through great lengths to hide signs of aging, and partially because women just age more subtly. A single line on a woman can seriously change how the mind 'reads' her age, especially in a still image.

The colours, the pose and the armour are nicely done. But there is something really weird about that face(specially the nose which looks broken)
But I'll wait untill the femshep trailer to really judge her looks.

i prefer the pose to the pose above. female heroes are often given poses that are much more passive than their male counterparts, so femshep poses where she looks ready to kill someone are thumbs up in my book.

but her eyes - she looks possessed. actually, she looks totally like the bloodmages in da2 just before they go and attack you.

love the armor though. just not thrilled with the eyes.

Unfortunately, I agree about the face.  She looks like a twisted anime character.  I hate anime.  (the style, anyway).  Everything else looks great and I am ecstatic that femShep is getting the attention that's been long overdue.  So, yeah, I’m a bit disappointed in an art piece that I didn’t even know was going to be produced.  Not really a big deal in the grand scheme of it all as the rest is fantastic. 

Now, where’s the goddamned trailer?!

Sorry but, how is 30 supposed to look? Looks hardly tell the age unless we're talking elderly and even then there are some cases where looks don't match the age.

Thank you.  Hell, I don't look 30 and I'm pushing 40.  Sheploo doesn't look 30, he just looks beat up.

LOL... *has heard both sides of it...* When I shave my goatee n mustache... I look closer to 25 and when I leave it as is, since I can't grow a full beard( not a hairy man to begin with lol), I tend hear I favor my age closer( which is actually 31).

I'm... well lets just say I've been 29 for a number of years now and yet. unless I dress a certain way and put on makeup? I get carded. all.... the... time. I had a friend in high school though. he'd buy alcohol for all of us. even though he was the youngest in our group, he would usually be the one buying us alcohol, because he just happened to get his beard early and if he didn't shave for a few days, he looked old enough to be a father for most of us.

so yeah...
