I played ME2 first and loved the game but after playing ME1 I realised that the actual storytelling of ME2 pales in comparision to ME1.
Reading some of the developers tweets and with ME3 being the conclusion of Shepards story I am feeling pretty confident that we are in for an emotional rollercoaster. Here's hoping.

I do like the beauty marks. :happy:  Thats one thing that made Blonde/Red haired femshep stand out by the fact they didnt have a plain faces.  Blonde Shep had the beauty spot under her eye and red haired shep has her freckles

Thanks for all of the kind comments regarding Cassie. I wasn’t going for cute, although I always play paragon so I could not make her too intimidating in looks. Just wanted my own unique Shepard.

There is a lack of options for distinguishing features in the CC but with the help of ELE08’s wonderful female face texture mods and a little experimenting of my own, I managed to achieve what I wanted.

Hopefully the CC in ME3 will address these shortcomings.
b.t.w. I did not vote in the default female kerfuffle but if I had it would have been number one, because she is cute+4 :D

Ever since I picked up Mass Effect back in 2007, this has been my canon Shepard. After all those years, he's grown on me; to the point where I once tried doing a playthrough of the default Shep and realized that the two were truly different characters who merely shared the same surname. From day one, Renard J. Mullins Shepard has always been worlds different from John Shepard.

It is amazing how attached we get to our Shepard. I have two Shepard’s I use exclusively. The only thing I change for each different play through is the hair.

Implementing flycam will do this.  Probably the best tutorial on that is on SageQueen's blog, Game Tourists.  Mind you, I pretty sure flycam can only be done on a PC.

If there is another way, I don't know it.  Someone more expereinced in modding may know, however.

I never play the default in any game if I can help it. I was tempted in DA2 to roll w/ a default LadyHawke, but ultimately had to make my own.  That’s what I love about Shepard.  S/he’s defined just enough that if you just want to shoot sh*t you can just shoot sh*t or you can build on that character and make it your own.

You can disable the quick slot bar too. Use this command instead of just showHud:

Bindings=( Name="NumPadThree", Command="ShowHud | show scaleform" )

Use any key you want, I use numpad 3.
