"I Remember Me" Colonist Background mission.  Have to save girl, Talitha, from killing herself after she has escaped Batarian slavers.  It's very moving and one of the few missions in the either game where Shep talks about her herself.

Bawwww! I love those personal missions Shepard had in ME1. That one especially was touching AND challenging.

It doesn't help when Shep is outshone.    I was playing Zaeed's LM. When Garrus's icon went grey and I heard his "ugh", I went ... "dumb a***".   To my astonishment, sa I worked my way along the boxes, what do I see??? Garrus, with his arms outstretched, floating in midair, "rallying" to Shep's position.

"Aren't you DEAD???"  I went. I made my way to where he was stuck at an obstacle and enabled screenies. He dropped to the ground and picked himself up.....and proceeded to prove he's invincible ....   I didn't do anything but watched him take out everyone ....




He was done medium-rare and well-done and still, that pyro just couldn't do him to a crisp ...

He went down .... only to get up again...and I was just standing there...doing nothing.   Gee, Shep's job would be that much easier if every squad member was like that. Actually, Shep wouldn't even be needed!

P.S. this firefight was definitely bugged and so was the reload.   I did poor Garrus another disservice....went feet first into him while vaulting over.   Well, he couldn't backpedal and I couldn't halt. Too bad there's no line for this one, he just staggered back and went "ummphhh".

Shep gets to talk to his/her mother about some ex-Alliance soldier w/ PTSD because of the events he witnessed on Mindoir (Where colonist Shep is from). Old, Unhappy, Far-Off Things

Oh that? Well atleast my shep got to talk to his/her mother. And all I got on ME2 was an email.

As others noted, it's the Colonial background assignment, "I Remember Me" that you get to hug poor Talitha if you convince her to take the sedative.

The dialogue you quoted is my reaction to the option on Virmire where you can either kill Rana Thanoptis or gloat and tell her to run and maybe she'll escape the blast radius. No Paragon points, but definitely amusing. Or at least I got a screenshot of her panicked dash out of the room when I made that quote as a caption. I'm not as skilled as JamieCOTC, alas.

That is a composite picture you made isn't it? Nice!   Did you darken the hues? Is that your one and only Shep? I only made one and never could make other faces, I'm too strait unfortunately. Not a bone of artistry. Didn't make any guys, unable to gel to male protaganist . At least for this game.

 As for Garrus, well, I wouldn't say he fell, he floated.  

There's nothing funny in the M&M pixs, there's no Mork in them.   It was just Shep's "poses" and whatever I read on these boards that formed the idle idea. I'll throw some of them up here again, just so you can see how lame they are.
