On the xbox. you can apparently....I've seen some mods for DA 2 as well as ME 2...not sure about the PS3( and that's the system I have)...though I'm sure some genius will probadly figure it out...

You can mod the xbox, I believe there's a thread for it somewhere in the ME2 forums. All you need is a flashdrive formatted for the xbox and a duplicate of the save file you want to alter. You can only change very basic things however, since you can really only used gibbed.

But, xboxlive has been known to suspend accounts for modifying things. I only did it once for the lolz, and then banished the save file to a forgotten flashdrive.

Yes!! It is from xbox. It took me several tries, but following some guides, I was able to apply Shepard's default textures.

correct... it's the hazard armor...that her n Liara are wearing...Garrus is wearing a medium version of the phantom armor.

No they will ban the console and the user both.  Modding anything on Xbox is forbidden.  Why I'll never do it.

PC is a different story though.
