You can using some ini edits and the armor locker mod. You mean the brown asari commando outfit, right? There's a way to get it in ME1 too, but it's a bit of a pain.

Try widening the jaw/ chin, and different mouth settings...if it's  a femShep, then try making the cheeks a bit more gaunt if she's too manly after that.  That's what I ended up realizing in my most recent play through, and it worked out perfectly...  Managed to  get a humanoid character that kinda looked like me and like she wasn't constantly in pain...
But, some of the lip settings that look good without you playing with them give that pinched result... I learned to manipulate others.

360 pwns!  Tho, I do love PC modding... and PS3's... (don't want any fanboy fights...)

The graphics engine in ME1 and ME2 is so different... I'm glad I can tweak again in ME2....

I learned its a bad idea to just import....or I just stink at customization...

I love modding my game, but I'd say the majority of femSheps I've made were just using the plain CC.

Not too long ago Ottemis started a fun "challenge" to make a femshep using each of the nine facial structures (linked to in my sig) and they're all unmodded save one.

I only did one thing to Caroline, and that's replace her normal mapping with Ashley's (which is possible on 360 as well with gibbed.)

You asked...so, now I must oblige...sorry, I'm still working my way through his playthrough of ME 2...so, it takes some time for me to get good screenies of him...

That's what happen when you completely fill out the renegade bar.... Though since I'm taking a few paragon actions particularilly towards the end game( Legion's quest...suicide mission) they will begin to disappear from his face.
