Here's a little gift for those who asked about the facecode of my Rani Shepard I posted on page 19. Back then, she was an unmodified ME1 import. I've now spent some time recreating her with the ME2 character creator. Here's Rani Shepard, ME2 version (screenshots from the end of Freedom's progress and the taking command of the Normandy):

There's still a small flaw with the jawline which it appears I can't get right - the new face is slightly more angular than the old one, something I'd taken great pains to avoid in the original. But it appears the face structure no.6 is slightly different between ME1 and ME2. Also, maybe the lips are better a tick fuller and I still don't have screenshots viable for comparing the cheek width as closely as I'd like to. I'll try a few tweaks, but this is really quite close. Much more satisfying than I thought I could do. One thing though: recreating ME1 faces is hard work. This took me almost a whole day. Damn the character creator and its fixed viewing angles.

Thanks.  I'll get pics of her in ME2 when she gets there.  Right now she's dealing with that pesky Saren kid and his mischief. =)

I did a rush run before ME2 came out and I hated everything about it.  Character never felt right, name didn't match the face as far as I was concerned, and I never got a sense of who that Shepard was.  Part of that happened to Qiyana who I'm very proud of.  I got her face, and her name, but I never had a real idea of her background.  So I made it up later.  As a result she doesn't have any interests in anyone, but I get the distinct feeling that she's personable.

So now, I'm doing my runs well before ME3 comes around so I have an idea of how I want them to progress.  I'd like to use any of them with a background to run through ME3 first, but I have at least two that can test the waters before my canon Shepards get their turn.

By the way, guys shouldn't be that smooth looking.

I will give the honors of the first playthrough to my Angelo. The first playthrough is always the best and the worst.
If you don't like the result with your canon Shepard, you can always replay the game as many times as you want. But I just think the first run will always be on your mind somehow.
I decided to create a new Shepard for my ME marathon and make the most awful decisions, he is the Shepard who will be doomed from the start. I need one savegame where Shepard dies for ME3.
Poor guy, but I will give him enough fun on the way to hell.
