Hey everyone does anyboyd know how to get to level 20+ at Level 17 in Act III without grinding or using mods? Do the nightime mobs respawn?

Wouldn't using respawning nighttime mobs count as 'grinding'?
They don't respawn though, no. Aside from glitches (I'm only aware of one, which was fixed), and aside from cheating or mods, the only way I know of to get experience is just by doing all the quests and sidequests.
