My other campaigns used to work just fine and the achievements would show up and some were completed, but now the achievements for Leliana's Song, Darkspawn Chronicles, Witch Hunt, Golems of Amgarrak, and Return to Ostagar won't show up at all, even though I still have the items from the achievements and can play them. Soldier's Peak and The Stone Prisoner are both unaffected. I tried completing one of the achievements in one of the other campaigns (Varterall's Fall from Witch Hunt, which I did not previously have) but nothing happened. I do not have the Ultimate Edition so public BETA patch 1.05 will not help. Any ideas?

The beta patch is for all editions of the game and only addresses DLC authorization issues, not achievements not firing. So while you are correct that it probably wouldn't help, you were incorrect about the reason.
As this is something that was initially working correctly and now is not, I would suspect that something changed or became corrupted on your system between when it worked and when it stopped working. By "not showing up" do you mean on your system, on the web site, don't pop up in game? After an achievement has been triggered, you will not re-earn it with another character. If you want more assistance, I would suggest seeing the "Read First Before Posting" thread pinned to the top of the forum and posting the requested information as well as clarifying what you mean by the achievements not working.

By "not showing up" I mean when I open up my Player Profile in the menu they don't show up at all, even if I have completed them. Nothing on my computer has changed since the last time I played it other than ME2 being installed. BTW I do know that re-doing achievements on other characters won't re-unlock achievements, I meant that I didn't have it at all in the first place. However, as I was checking on the issue again as I was writing this, I found out that the Varterall's Fall achievement was "activated" and by that I mean that it shows up on my profile here, and I got the weapon for my other saves in the game, but on the in-game Player Profile the achievements listed in the first post as well as Var. Fall don't show up, and my achievement counter doesn't change as well.

I will suggest, again, that you see the "Read First" post and provide that information if you would like help.

I am using the original version, retail disc with patches 1.01-1.04, including the Witch Hunt patch. I have an AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 3800+, clock speed 2005 MHz, 1 GB Ram, 256MB ATI Radeon X1300PRO Display Adapter, Driver Version Catalyst 0, and a SigmaTel Audio Sound Adapter, all in a Microsoft Windows XP Professional (all old, I know, but it has worked well for all my games (except ME2, everything is yellow, but I am getting a new PC soon anyway that will be MUCH better and can run that)). My only 3rd party mod is the Ancient Boots mod. My problem is that in my Player Profile the achievements for Return to Ostagar, Leliana's Song, The Darkspawn Chronicles, Witch Hunt, and The Golems of Amgarrak don't show up at all, while the ones for The Stone Prisoner and Soldier's Peak are unaffected. It goes straight from the Stone Prisoner achievements to the Awakening achievements, and the achievement counter is back down at 95. Achievements don't pop up when completed either, tried with Varterall's fall, Reaper, and Grim Reaper achievements, which I did not previously have. I can still play them normally, just completed Amgarrak earlier today, and I have all of the unlocked achievement items on all of my characters. The achievements used to show up normally, a few weeks ago when I last played it, but now recently they don't. Any ideas?

BTW, I did search and read the stickies, couldn't find anything helpful, putting this in a new post since loading the edit page takes too long on my crappy internet connection.

This probably won't help, but I would still like to bump/point out that I still need help, and I have still not found any similar problems for the PC version. Everything is authorized, but the achievements still won't show up on my player profile, although the missing ones still show up on my online profile here, and the achievements for everything else still work just fine.

Traffic here is pretty slow, particularly during the summer. We are all just volunteer gamers in here.
If I am understanding you correctly, the rewards for completing achievements are showing up correctly and the game is registering them in your online profile, but they are not showing up on your local profile in-game. Is that correct? If so, I suspect that something has been corrupted in your local player profile, which can be re-generated. The simplest (and longest) way would be to simply uninstall then reinstall the game. I *think* that the local profile will simply be re-created if deleted, but I'm not positive and I can't really check from here. You can try searching for that on the forum. If not, I will look for it later tonight when I can type on a real computer.

If I do do that, would I keep my current achievements, saves, and patches, or will I have to start new characters and re-install the patches?

If you re-install, you can save off your characters (it actually gives you the option to do so during the uninstall process. Your achievements will sync with your account here when you enter your login information after re-install. It sometimes takes a little bit to do so, but it will sync. If you re-install, you would need to reinstall the 1.04 patch (all the previous patches are included with it).

I apologize for the many many questions, but this is the ultimate decider on re-installing to fix this, or to deal with it for now. Will I have to re-download/install all of the DLC? I have very poor internet coverage where I live, and am limited to only 5 GBs of download usage a month (Verizon says that they are the fastest and have the most coverage, hah) so if I do have to re-download/install it, progress would be very slow, if I can even do it at all. But aside from that, I thank you, sami jo, for continuing to help monitor these forums and solve people's problems, nor matter how many times they have been answered before. I, for one, truly appreciate it.

Yikes! That's worse than the satellite internet we had for a while. >.< You would almost certainly need to re-download at least some of the DLC again, so let's see if we can get this to play nice another way.
-1st possible solution: Your achievements should be stored in the profile.dap file which is in Documents\\BioWare\\DragonAge\\Settings. Back up your Characters folder (also in the DragonAge folder) and the entire Settings folder someplace safe. If this fails, you can always put them back and things will be as they are now. Now, delete the original profile.dap file. Launch the game and log in to the servers here. The file should be re-generated and should fetch your achievements from this site. It may take a while or a couple of re-loads for it to sync up.
-2nd possible solution: Create a new user account in XP with admin privileges. Load the game from that account and log in with your user account here. A whole new settings folder should be generated for that account and again, should sync up with the achievements here. You can then just transfer your saves to that account.
That's the best I can come up with at the moment, but I'll check back in the morning. Hopefully one of those will work for you. And you are very welcome. There may not be a whole lot of traffic through here right now, but most folks are pretty happy to help.

What do you mean by "back up"? Would using cut/paste somewhere else (a new folder or desktop or something like that) work? Also, would I put them back into the main folder after it re-syncs? I'm not used to this kind of stuff.

Copy and paste to a new location (elsewhere on the hard drive, burn a DVD, copy to a thumb drive). You want a copy outside the BioWare folders so that the game won't see it or make any changes to it. That way if something goes horribly awry you can simply restore the original files and return to where you are now.
