I have downloaded and installed the Dark Emporium and Exiled prince. As well as the item packs. and none of them are working, I have tried reinstalling and still it does not work.
Please help.

Err...have you tried reinstalling the entire game? You can always keep the saves.

Load game, login into your account. And activate/authorize them first.
