One of the things I really miss from video games is the "boss rush". If you have ever played a Megaman game you know what I'm talking about. There is just something about beating all the bosses back to back on your way to the final boss that makes you feel like a badass. You struggled against them, and when they return your new skills and knowledge of their weaknesses makes them a piece of cake.
Your moment of victory in gaming?

Hmmm...while I was leveling my paladin in BC WoW, final dragon boss of the Sunken Temple, whole party killed, boss at about 10%, I managed to solo kill him using Divine Shield, Lay on Hands, and wings. Pretty epic moment.
Also, head shotting the Human-Reaper in ME2 with the Cain: lame boss, but badass 10 seconds.
Had some pretty instense matches of NFL Blitz and Mario Kart 64 in college as well, some ending in near fistfights lol.

Emotionally, the quest "Take it back!" in Fallout 3 comes to mind. Stupid Enclave, killing my Liam Neeson-voiced Dad.
As far as difficulty goes, pretty much all hard moments in the old Tomb Raider games are difficult for me since I'm a twitchy youth gamer. Beating the first one with no help whatsoever made me pretty freaking happy.

Beating Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. That was a seriously satisfying conclusion.

Agreed, BTG. It was a very memorable(and quite disturbing) final fight for the end of that game.

On Battlefieldd 2142, my teammates were dumbasses who couldn't spot a walker if it left a footprint on their face. We'd lost most of the silos, but the other team's shield was down. They got too c*cky and weren't expecting my RDX rush. I single-handedly destroyed the Titan!

I'd have to say the final encounter in BGII: Throne of Bhaal. Still challenges me today even with my most powerful character builds.

A last minute win in FIFA. A last minute draw isn't half bad either.

Anybody that play's COD MP will understand. I had a particularly memorable match of hardcore search and destroy, where I was the only one left on my side, and the other side was at full strength. And my side was on offense. Somehow I managed to get to one of the objectives without getting killed. Of course the other guys were feeling cocky and made to jump me right after I planted the bomb. Three of'em were right behind me when I got up. I shot two with my pistol, knifed a third, and switched to my rifle to take out their overwatch (sniper). When the bomb blew and I rejoined the lobby everyone, even the opfor told me I was awesome.

Not quite as epic as a single player boss battle but has anybody played the Reality Mod for Battlefield 2?
Me and my L86A2 once held some house for a good 20 minutes. I easily killed 20 guys which is tough in that game. Eventually a whole squad of civilian sympathizers (who you're not supposed to kill) started tossing rocks at me while I typed "GET OFF MY LAWN!" at them.

It's rather difficult but can be quite fun if your on a team that knows what they're doing.

I remember that game, the trick was using the wall bounce trick. Cast wall on Chaos so his heal spells would reflect on to the party and casting wall on your party members and hitting them with destructive magic. You had to do a bit of grinding to beat him without wall.
The games where I actually cheered would be beating Ninja Gaiden and Contra (without the Konami code) on the NES.

On multiplayer spire, with the help of a jetpack, I was once able to
hijack a Falcon in midflight. Needless to say the door gunners on the
bird must have been thinking "WTF" as I flew over to the water and bailed.
Too busy shooting to notice somebody removing their pilot.
