Beating the other team in Counter Strike when the rest of my team died. Or capturing the last flag in dustbowl in TFC during the final countdown.

BFBC2. It was me and another guy were the only two in the game, I told him he could capture all the points and that I wouldn't kill, basically giving him free points. Eventually a full team joined his side and he proceeded to kill me multiple times that game. So he was perfectly fine with not killing me when he knew he would loose but when he had back up he killed me. Next game (still alone) I hopped in a chopper flew over to him crashed right in front of him jumped out, stabbed him in the ****ing throat, then quit. Made my week.

For me it was the big guy with electrical attacks in castlevania-symphony of the night
I spent time learning his attack patterns so I could dodge
I studied equipment and weapons and found the blood cloak/crucifix combo
building from there, after a few more attempts, I won,,,
the problem was that afterwards the final bosses seemed too easy...

Pusing the Adoring Fan off Dive Rock.
Why would you do that?
You do know who the Adoring Fan is right?
The time it takes to get up to Dive Rock with that annoying ****** means I end up killing him with my sword before we reach it.

Yes he was a pain, I remember after 20 hours of fighting Yiazmat from FFXII and beating it and thinking "is it over now?!"

Yeah, thought you meant Gears of War 3. So I guess me and KenKenpachi don't have to hunt you down looking for your time machine.

Getting to the final mission in Homeworld after carefully building up my fleet throughout the game. All the effort, all the resource collecting, all the thieving of enemy ships using my salvage corvettes, everything leading up to this last final big battle of the game........awesome. Must install this game again

Since this thread seems to still be chugging along nicely, I'd like to add one more moment of victory I forgot about.
In Fight Night Champion, beating Isaac Frost was an incredibly satisfying end. 12 rounds, 36 minutes of a grueling battle, slowly trying to wear down the goliath of heavyweight boxing. Eventually I'd broken him enough to pull off an uppercut after dodging his fists, landing him clear on the ground.
It was brutal, savage, and completely worth it.

Playing a 1vs1vs1 match where everyone was a sniper, back in the day when Delta Force 2 was teh nizzle thing, going up a hill to suddenly stand in point blank range with one of the other guys in the match.
We both fire our sniper rifle and miss, then we both draw our pistols and empty the magazine at eachother without either of scoring a kill.
Then we both drew our knives and charged at eachother, both leaping forward at the same moment slashing our knives towards the others body, I fell dead on the ground, but so did he. We killed eachother off earning a big fat "LOL" from the third sniper who had eagerly been awaiting to pick the survivor off
Another good match was just a 1on1 sniper again, same game. I had moved in position, and spotted my adversary running away from me towards another hill and I followed him with my scope wanting him to stand still as the distance was quite great. I eventually lost track off him for a while, when he went behind the hill but I didn't change position anticipating he would turn up on that hill blissfully unaware of me...
Well he turned up on the hill, I zero in on him and adjust my scope for the range and fired. He died, but so did I, as he apparently had spotted me and fired at the same time.
If it wasn't a videogame I could have sworn those 2 bullets would have hit eachother in air, so close would they have to fly on that distance we shot eachother at.
Anyways, that is like my top moments in gaming - Dunno why I can still remember that like 12-13 years later
