Last night when chasing Asari spectre with car the audio cuts out but when I pause the game sound returns. So I thought I played for too long and went to bed. This morning I try again and the same problems arise. When I unpause the game during the car chase audio cuts out again. What can I do to fix this? This has never happened before.

This same thing happened to me. I also had other sound problems now and then during the game, such as the acknowledged Samara / Morinth sound dropout bug. Currently doing the N7: Archaeological Digsite assignment and having trouble with muted sound and/or no sound in the center speaker (5.1 setup).
