Has anyone tried a party of 3 rogues and 1 mage that casts force field?

The idea is that the mage force fields himself while the 3 rogues attack from stealth. If any rogue starts to attract too much attention, he/she simply restealths.

The Mage should be able to protect himself using area of effect stuns, paralysis and force field while providing buffs to the rogues (haste and telekinetic weapons, for example).

Thoughts?

I've done a 2 rogue 2 mage party, and that worked out well. I'm going to try a 2 rogue, 1 mage, shale party this time, see how that goes. (should work out better than with a stinky rogue main tanking)

Im playing through right now as 3 rogues and no mages. Since people are soling with rogues (allegedly) I'm sure its perfectly possible.

I'd like to try a 3 rogue party with each rogue having max stealth and the bard AOE stun song.

coup de grace + mind blasts/cone of cold would synergize well.
