I have had a problem with my bioware points, I had a bioware points balance of 3600. With those points I purcheased the mass effect 2 arrival dlc, the lair of the shadowbroker dlc and the kasumi stolen memory dlc. After these downloads my points balance should have been 1680, instead my point balace became 480. How is this possible I just lost 1200 bioware points without ever spending them.

I mistaked, I had a 3200 points balance initially, so I should have had 1280 points left instead of 480.

The Points.bioware.com Site Help section of Bioware general is where you need to post. This is for the physical store that sells lithographs, etc.
